Powers
Per the covenants, the purpose of the ACC is to protect / enhance homeowner property values
ACC is granted the power to reject approval of plans submitted if they do not, in the committee's opinion, conform to the architectural rules as defined by the covenants
At any time, the homeowners have the power to vote to update the covenants that define what rules the architecture committee should enforce
Approval
Submit an improvement approval form to the Committee before starting project
Board must respond within a maximum of 30 days from submission
Right of inspection
Homeowner needs to allow an ACC member access to inspect an improvement for compliance to the covenant rules
